Денежные средства, привлекаемые компанией для использования в коммерческих целях. Потребности делового предприятия в капитале подразделяются на краткосрочные, среднесрочные и долгосрочные. Основные источники краткосрочного и среднесрочного финансирования можно разделить на внутренние и внешние. Внутренним источником служит нераспределенная прибыль (см. Retained profits), а внешним - временные кредиты, взятые у дочерних компаний, директоров и т.д., переводные векселя, факторинг (см. Factoring), коммерческие кредиты (см. Trade credit), краткосрочные инвестиции в другие компании и др. Источники долгосрочного финансирования также делятся на внутренние и внешние. К внутренним относятся резервы, нераспределенная прибыль и отчисления на амортизацию. Внешними источниками являются акционерный капитал, долгосрочные кредиты, включая ипотечные, лизинг (см.
